- Southern Rubber Industry Company was established under Decision 427-HC/QD dated April 19, 1976 of the State of Vietnam

1977
- The company's headquarters is officially located at 180 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 3.

1978
- The company took over 5 factories: Hoc Mon, Dai Thang, Binh Loi, Binh Trieu, Dong Nai; purchasing Dong Tam facility; managed Dien Bien Enterprise in 1979.

1985
- The company established the "Import and Export Center" with the international transaction name RUBCHIMEX

- The company signed a processing contract with Taurus Company - Hungary to establish a Viet - Hung Workshop, located at Hoc Mon Rubber Factory to produce bicycle tires and tubes for export according to the protocol to Hungary and Eastern European countries.

In 1986
- The lion symbol was officially chosen as the Company Logo.

1988
- Converted the Southern Rubber Industry Company into the Southern Rubber Complex.

1989
- The Casumina brand was officially registered, the name Casumina was officially born with the lion logo & the words Casumina in red below inside the yellow background circle.

1990
- Rubber Research Center was born. Export turnover reached more than 2 million rubles/year.

At 1991
- Started producing motorbike tires, building a nationwide sales network.

1993
- The company officially changed its name from Joint Rubber Enterprise to Southern Rubber Industrial Company.

1995
- Use the Casumina brand instead of Rubchimex as the company's international trading name.

1996
- Casumina becomes the No. 1 manufacturer of motorbike tires and tubes in Vietnam with the slogan "Trusted companion".

1997
- Established Yokohama Vietnam Tire Joint Venture Company with partners: Yokohama and Mitsuibishi Japan to produce automobile and motorbike tires and tubes.

1999
- Invest in a factory specializing in the production of truck tires with modern technology.

- The company received ISO 9002 – 1994 certificate.

Year 2000
- The company received certification that motorcycle tire products meet Japanese standards JIS K6366/ JIS K6367.

Year 2001
- The company received ISO 9001 - 2000 certificate.

2002 year
- The company received certification that car tire products meet Japanese standards JIS K4230.

Year 2003
- The first heavy-duty car tires were produced and then the company's heavy-duty tire output increased rapidly in both production capacity and consumption.

2004
- Implementing the national-level project KC06 DA01, Vietnam's first semi-steel radial car tire was born and was honored to receive the Vifotech Vietnam Creative Science Award.

2005
- The company achieved sales of over 1,000 billion VND and was ranked 59/70 tire manufacturers worldwide.

2006
- Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company officially went into operation with an initial charter capital of 90 billion VND. In November 2006, charter capital was increased to 120 billion VND.

2007
- CASUMINA is ranked 59/75 major tire manufacturers in the world.

- March 2007 increased charter capital to 150 billion VND.

2008
- Increase charter capital to 200 billion VND.

2009
- In August 2009, the Company officially listed 25,000,000 shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with stock code CSM.

- Increase charter capital to 250 billion VND.

2010
- Charter capital increased by 425 billion VND, while revenue and profit also grew dramatically.

2011
- Celebrating 35 years (April 19, 2016 - April 19, 2011) The company continues to honorably receive the 3rd class independence medal awarded by the state.

Year 2012
- Casumina started construction of an all-steel auto tire factory with a capacity of 1 million tires in Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province.

2013
- Casumina cooperates with partner Camso - the world's leading company in forklift tire production.

Year 2014
- Inauguration of Casumina Radial factory - Capacity of 1 million tires/year.

2015
- Become the leading tubeless motorbike tire factory in Vietnam.

- Company revenue reached 3,600 billion VND, profit 370 billion VND, maintaining the Top 5 position in revenue and efficiency in the Group for 2 consecutive years 2014 - 2015.

- Charter capital increased to over 740 billion VND.

2016
- Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Company's founding (1976-2016), With many challenges and prospects, the company has set many bigger goals to conquer new heights: revenue of 3,800 billion, profit of 380 billion, Successfully deployed a comprehensive productivity maintenance system - TPM, implemented an investment project of 500,000 semi-steel car tires exported to the North American market.
